Gentleman at the express checkout at 7.40pm just made my day. Although it was a short interaction, his smile and patience helped make that afterwork grocery shop that much better!
An unbelievable sight in the baby formula aisle. There was actually plenty of the A2 baby formula tins on the shelf. Usually these are snapped up immediately by the Asians each morning, so having seen these STILL on the shelves at 3pm was an amazing sight...especially in the heart of Asian central= Sunnybank.
Friendly staff, especially some of the ladies who run the service area. Doesn't have the greatest range of stock (occasionally) but I dont mind for the extra convenience of location. Service is generally efficient and quick even when a difficult customer rears their head. Old store but with competent and professional staff.
Big thank you to whoever served me in the deli on 17/8/25 at 5:45pm. Great service!
Good Asian selection and i am over the moon to find softshell crabs to make my street food style soft shell crab burger
I had an amazing experience from a young man named David from the service Deli, i came in at 9:05 and he sliced me up some ham for my mothers funeral the next day. What a nice young man.
The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Kudos to the guys that helped pack my groceries, they really made good use of the bags, much like the way I would put the groceries in the bag. Will come back, I'm actually saying this about a woollies shop hahaha. Please stay as you are.
Older and smaller supermarket than many but generally well stocked. Has deli and bakery but on smaller side. Fresh produce generally good. No self service checkouts but staff keep things moving. Friendly staff. Underground parking is good.

The staff has to be the highlight of this Woolworth. And I like to especially mention Dylan who I’ve dealt with several times when shopping there. He’s always super friendly and polite when serving customers. It’s hard to keep the enthusiasm up nowadays with customer service when sometimes customers are busy with their lives and do not recognise staff’s hard work. But most of the staff are still very polite and friendly when you need help. The shop itself could do a little bit of reno though to make it look more appealing like other Woolworths. It’s probably one of the last Woolworths without self-check out which could probably ease a bit of pressure for the staff at check out.
